I called pax phone - @20:16- no Ansewer  ( twice)

I email your office @ 20:44 informing no pax contact , Linda ansewer email  back DO NOT RELEASE VEHICLE I

I called the hotel Noi Pax has not check in ( Felipe Consierge )

I called hotel again @ 21:15 hotel Noi ( Felipe ) informed that pax has check in 

I called M  to inform, i get information  that pax has text POB ...

I called the hotel again and they could not inform if pax made arrangements with the hotel or whom ...

We are very sorry all this effort to represent M was not accomplish , for some strange reason . our driver dint see any duplicity of name board in the designated area for meet and greet for arrange transportation in SCL
